Zoning Code Rewrite Draft Available

The City of Madison is nearing the final stages of the Zoning Code Rewrite Project, an effort to update the City's zoning code to make it more predictable and transparent. Draft copies of the code are currently available and are expected to be considered by the Plan Commission later this year. Most relevant to GMCC members are the sections on mixed-use and commercial districts, employment districts, and general parking regulations.
