SBAC Construction Survival Guide
The Small Business Advisory Council (SBAC) recently unveiled a road construction survival guide for businesses. The survival guide outlines business tips, best practices and other recommendations to help businesses prosper before, during and after road construction.
The guide covers every part of the construction process, from dealing with dust, noise and access issues, to communicating with the city, contractor, employees and customers. In addition, the guide discusses what to expect once construction concludes and offers suggestions for how to recapture lost customers.
