This includes all Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce programs and events, receiving all Chamber electronic and printed publications, and take advantage of the many resources and benefits available to Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce member businesses.

How do I log into the "Members Only" section and information of the new Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce (GMCC) website?
The “Members Only” section allows Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce members to register for events, share media releases and community calendar events, view Public Policy and other Chamber content that is only available to members, and much more.
The main contact of each Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce member business and all company employees who are included in the company’s Chamber database have been issued individual login privileges and passwords for this section.
If you already receive the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce’s weekly e-Bulletin or monthly digital Business Beat magazine, you are included in this company database and should have login privileges. Your login is your e-mail address. If you do not remember your password, please click here.

How do I register for a GMCC program or event?
Visit the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce Events page and click GMCC Events Calendar. Then follow these simple step-by-step directions:
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the current programs available. Click on the program you wish to register for.
- Click GMCC Members click here to log-in and enter your e-mail address and password. Click log-in.
- If you forget your password, click Recover Lost Password, and a new password will be e-mailed to you.
- Not a GMCC member? You can still register for events online. Just skip step 3 and fill in the required contact information (indicated by a red asterisk) on the Purchaser Details screen.
- Scroll to items available for purchase and enter the number of people you wish to register in the qty box.
- Click register for these items.
- Scroll down to the highlighted red area and click the Who? under Attendees.
- Are you one of the attendees? will appear on your screen. Click yes or no.
- If no, a list of your company’s employees will appear. Click add on the far right hand side of the screen to register that person.
- If yes, your name will appear on the attendees defined list. Click close.
- Select your method of payment from the drop down selection tool (if applicable) then click proceed
- Verify the contact information, then click Pay Now or Confirm Registration (if payment is not required)
- Registration is complete! Thank you for submitting your registration will be listed under the Receipt heading.

How do I know if I am registered for an event?
After you click Purchase, you will receive an e-mail indicating what events you registered for. If you do not receive an e-mail, you are not registered.

How can I get my company information or company media release into Business Beat or the GMCC's Member News?
The Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce encourages our members to share their news and events with the Chamber and their fellow members. You can login to the “Members Only” section to submit your company's latest news updates. The Chamber staff will approve submitted releases to update our website, share the latest news in the weekly e-Bulletin and also share these updates in Business Beat at space allows.
You can submit your Member News details as well as upload PDFs of media releases to provide additional information. All submitted information is subject to approval by the GMCC staff. GMCC member events can also be submitted to the GMCC Community Calendar.

How can I get a GMCC Ribbon Cutting ceremony?
The GMCC offers assistance in organizing, publicizing and executing a choice of one ceremony a year (Ribbon Cutting, Open House, or Grand Opening) for Silver and Gold level members. GMCC Ambassadors also help members with these ceremonies.

GMCC ChamberCARE offers health insurance options with Dean Health Plan, Group Health Cooperative and WPS Health Insurance for small businesses of 1-99 employees.
